In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Medical Transcriptions is responsible for coordination of all department dictation and transcription services and their timely preparation. Interfaces with the hospital information system to integrate transcribed reports into the patient's electronic chart. Prepares final hard copy of transcribed report and distributes copies as required.
This position is represented by SEIU - UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
