Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Duties included, but not limited to, greeting visitors, answering, screening and directing department calls to the appropriate persons. Intermediate to advanced skill level in all Microsoft Office Suite applications. Ordering supplies and parts and following up on their status and delivery, routine correspondence, sorting and distributing mail, maintenance of the daily and prescheduled work order system, orderly maintenance of all department records especially those required for inspection by various regulatory agencies as well as other administrative or clerical assignments as instructed. Maintains department blueprints in an orderly and retrievable fashion.

Qualifications

Experience

Two years similar previous experience preferably in a health care or contracting business.

Education

Completion of a business program or related training including computer courses preferred.
