The SVP of Advanced Practice provides leadership, direction and resource stewardship of the health system’s Advanced Practice Care function. As the senior-most Advanced Practice leader, the SVP of Advanced Practice is accountable for overall advanced practice care performance and for aligning advanced practice objectives with the health systems’ strategy.
Has ultimate responsibility for leading and developing the health system’s strategy for optimally positioning advanced practice providers (APPs) within new and innovative models of care that increase the value equation for clinical care delivery across all geographies and care sites of the enterprise.
Provides leadership and direction to the national Advanced Practice leadership team for developing and implementing pioneering methods to achieve health system goals through high-performing care teams, enhanced integration of APPs and optimization of Advanced Practice care operations.
Partners with physician, nursing and operational leaders across the health system to drive mission-driven clinical transformation and APP care model innovation to enhance integrated care delivery services that allow better precision with predicting patient outcomes and ensure efficient use of limited human capital and financial resources.
Together with Corporate Compliance, Risk and Legal, oversees the adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements. Establishes educational programs for APPs in partnership with universities and clinical sites to increase availability of advanced practice professionals to meet health system’s workforce needs, business imperatives and strategic goals.

Compensation Range: $116.99 to $163.78, hourly rates, annualized.
Position is eligible for incentive pay based on company performance.
