JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic RN who is passionate about the health and well-being of our employee to, assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. All RN’s are expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.

The SWAT RN is a resource nurse for the facility with a focus on code stroke response. The primary responsibility is to respond to, provide care and oversight for all inpatient and outpatient code stroke patients.

Located in the Chandler Az, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health. 

Minimum Requirements:

• ·         2 years of ICU or ER RN experience.
• ·         ADN, Diploma or foreign equivalent.
• ·         Good communication skills and ability to organize, act and make decisions in a timely manner. Maintain Critical Care and ED skills.
• ·         CT ACLS, CT CPRBLS, RN, NIHSS Certification.
