The SWAT RN is a resource nurse for the facility with a focus on code stroke response. The primary responsibility is to respond to, provide care and oversight for all inpatient and outpatient code stroke patients.
Located in the Chandler Az, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.
