Nurse Practitioner-Women's Health

Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a service of Dignity Health, is a non-profit clinic organization comprised of more than 30 community health centers located on the Central Coast in cities throughout Northern Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County and Ventura County. Position Summary:

In keeping with the Pacific Central Coast Health Center's philosophy, the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct patient clinical care in an ambulatory setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all age groups, including well women exams, and women's physicals including pap and pelvic exam.

Minimum:

• Graduate of an accredited schools of nursing.
• Nurse practitioner certification from an accredited association.
• Must be able to meet credentialing requirements.
