Responsibilities

Our 8-bed critical care unit is a mix of medical and surgical intensive care patients, and we have 24 hour in house intensivist coverage for the ICU.

 
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse is a professional who provides and supervises care to individuals and families. Utilizing a holistic approach, the registered nurse provides patient and family care based on the nursing process and consistently provides a safe and confidential environment throughout the delivery of care. As a professional, the registered nurse is responsible for providing leadership and maintaining personal professional development.

Qualifications

Minimum:
  • At least 1+ year as a Registered Nurse in an acute care critical care unit.
  • Candidates must have a current California RN License
  • BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
  • Other certifications may be required.
Preferred:
  • CCRN cert preferred
