The Dialysis Equipment Technician is responsible and accountable for the overall operational condition, maintenance and repair of all medical equipment, water treatment equipment and mechanical/electrical systems in the dialysis department, inventory control and maintenance of the dialysis unit.. Ability to organize and maintain logs pertaining to equipment and inventory. Individual must be able to transport patients to and from dialysis room. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Bernardine Medcial Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support St. Bernardine Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process improvement activities.
