The System Manager, Strategic Digital Initiatives is a leader within the Innovation and Digital Care Transformation team and is accountable for strategic opportunity development to drive clinical and operational digital transformation, customer experience, and other activities as assigned by the System Director, Divisional & Cross Functional Engagement.
The System Manager, Strategic Digital Initiatives is responsible to prioritize, evaluate and oversee the delivery of multiple initiatives which have significant impact on digital experience, virtual care experience and care provider experience strategy across CommonSpirit Health.
The System Manager, Strategic Digital Initiatives will oversee day-to-day operational management of all activities and functions in the respective assigned multiple processes including developing, implementing and evaluating operating policies, procedures and standards; determining service levels and enhancements; developing and monitoring budgets; providing technical advice and/or oversight to staff or other departments related to area of assignment; evaluating information concerning needs; estimating and coordinating program/unit activities and associated costs; and tactical project execution activities.
The System Manager, Strategic Digital Initiatives will also ensure strategic initiatives have clear objectives tied to value, limiting resource investment only to projects that have defined deliverables that meet the business requirements.
The System Manager, Strategic Digital Initiatives will supervise staff including conducting performance evaluations, coordinating training, and implementing hiring, discipline and termination procedures.
This role is a leader in the development of the organization’s Digital & Human Experience strategy and is responsible and accountable for delivering the best-practice approach designed to successfully plan and prepare for all aspects of project engagement, delivery and adoption within the assigned business units.

Compensation Range: $49.19 to $63.95, hourly rates, annualized.
Position is eligible for incentive pay based on company performance.
