Overview

As a 100% virtual team lead, you will work with product, program, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and value delivery. The Lead Software Engineer will work with the agile practice to ensure continuous learning, improvements, and outcomes. You will have overall accountability for the team's code quality, application architecture, and technical decision making.

Responsibilities

Expectations:

  • Successfully lead a remote / virtual  team of Software Engineers while you also work from home as a telecommuter
  • Support you team of Software Developers in decision making 
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and leadership to ensure good decisions are being made
  • Accountability for code quality, security, and NFR
  • Support your team's technical skills and career growth concerning engineering principals, paired programming, and a strong code review process
  • Maintain an up-to- date application architecture
  • Apply your full stack development skills writing code- lots of code 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Engineering or similar 
  • Ten plus (10+) years of Full Stack Development – C#, .NET 
  • Three plus (3+) years’ experience in JavaScript Frameworks 
  • Three plus (3+) years’ cloud development experience with cloud design patterns.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and test automation such as unit, integration, load, security, and mutation testing
  • Experience working with and leading offshore, onshore, and nearshore development teams

 

Preferred Requirements

  • .NET Core
  • Angular preferred
