Our Surgery RNs assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing . Provides professional nursing and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations. Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee will support the organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the wide performance improvement plan.
Our twelve- OR suite maintains a 1:1 -to-patient ratio, which enables us to form close relationships with patients and their families during very difficult times. We also feature a 44-bay multi-level with staff dedicated to trauma and other cases. Our features a 1:2 -to-patient ratio. Throughout the we are committed to using the latest technology, affording staff the opportunity to constantly learn and enhance their skills. As a Level I Trauma Center, we are operational 24/7.
