  • The In-Home Clinician will conduct individual and/or family therapy to individuals and/or families on the St. Mary Medical Center campus, Therapy Rooms within Families in Good Health facility, Clients homes, and other sites as deemed necessary.
  • The primary role of the In-Home Clinician is a part-time position (24-hour work week) aimed at providing mental health services to eligible clients in the Healthy Families America (HFA) Program in a manner that supports the mission of Families in Good Health and the philosophy of the HFA Program.
  • The In-Home Clinician will work closely with the HFA Program Manager, and other program staff, to provide input into screening, assessment and referral processes.
  • The In-Home Clinician will work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as with a diverse and high risk population.
  • The In-Home Clinician will follow HFA protocols as determined by the Department.



  • Minimum of two years experience in providing individual and/or family therapy in a clinical, social service and/or community-based field.
  • Four years experience in providing individual and/or family therapy in a clinical, social service and/or community-based field.
  • Bachelors’ degree in social services-related field (with Masters’ degree as preferred in social services-related field)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as computer data entry.
  • Must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Bilingually proficient in Spanish/English (both written and verbal).
