The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. The Valley Integrated Physician Network (VIPN) is a clinically integrated physician network sponsored by Dignity Health. The Program Manager Clinical Integration reports to the VIPN Executive Director and is an employee of Dignity Health Management Services Organization. The Program Manager Clinical Integration supports the Clinical Integration program through ongoing support of the operational aspects of VIPN. This position supports the Executive Director with the development and implementation of VIPN initiatives and programs, and will serve to assist in managing the daily operations of such programs including needs analysis and researching trends in Clinical Integration service delivery.
Bachelor Degree in related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in physician practice operations, preferably in a management level.
