This national role develops effective partnership and engagement strategies with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Enterprise Population Health and oversees pilot programs to test and deploy innovative models. Partnering primarily with the Strategic Innovation and Community Health teams, as well as Division leadership, the System Director will represent Population Health in designing pilots and partnership agreements that further the goals of innovating methods to deliver value based care for the enterprise. The System Director develops and maintains a solid understanding of market characteristics across the enterprise in order to identify the optimal locations and teams for new partnerships and emerging programs. The System Director will direct and guide program and project staff in carrying out pilots, evaluating programs and operationalizing processes.
The System Director leverages population health knowledge and initiative implementation skills to work effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders to synthesize program information, develop and deploy measurement tools and oversee timelines, budgets and return on investment (ROI) analysis. The System Director leads/facilitates meetings and committees, directs the data analysis and reporting, monitors program performance and looks ahead to mitigate risks. Ensures clear definition of initiative success measures, actively collaborates on financial analysis and is able to communicate about initiatives effectively to a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Reports to Enterprise Population Health leadership and interfaces with senior leaders and team members across the enterprise.
